Our direct support workforce is the backbone of our organization. We support our staff’s education and growth to become certified Direct Support Professionals (DSP) by sponsoring their accreditation training through The National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP).

The Arc Mid-Hudson is a private not-for-profit agency founded in 1956 by families in Greene, Putnam and Ulster counties. Supporting 1,300 people from preschool through adulthood, our mission is to offer people with intellectual and developmental disabilities opportunities to live and experience full lives. The Arc Mid-Hudson is the Greene, Putnam and Ulster Counties’ Chapter of NYSARC, Inc. and a member of The Arc of the United States.
