Community Habilitation Program

Community Habilitation offers the opportunity to receive individualized, one-to-one, home and community supports for individuals who live in the community.

The Arc Mid-Hudson provides skilled staffing to support individuals in achieving their valued outcomes in their communities and family homes as outlined in their Life Plans. This service is designed to be self-directed and promotes community inclusion, integration, relationship building, independence and skill building.
