The Arc New York
The Arc Mid-Hudson is the Greene, Ulster and Putnam counties chapter of NYSARC, Inc., the largest non-profit organization in the United States supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and their families. The 54 Chapters comprising the family-led NYSARC, Inc. provide services in every county in New York State. The Organization supports more than 60,000 individuals, employs 30,000 and has a membership of more than 103,000.
The Arc of the United States
The Arc promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.
Council on Quality and Leadership
For more than 40 years, CQL, The Council on Quality and Leadership, has been a leader in working with human service organizations and systems to continuously define, measure and improve the quality of life for all people. CQL offers training, accreditation, consultation and certification services to organizations and systems that share our vision of dignity, opportunity and community.
United Way of Ulster County
The United Way of Ulster County believes that it is the right of every individual to ask for help, and to have it granted by compassionate, knowledgeable people. Help finding a job, help learning to parent, help paying the rent, help overcoming substance abuse, help leaving an abusive relationship, help with childcare, help succeeding in school. These services, and scores of others, should be available to anyone who needs and desires them.
NYSRA
The New York State Rehabilitation Association (NYSRA) is a statewide 501 (c) (6) organization representing rehabilitation providers who advocate on behalf of individuals with differing abilities and the agencies who serve them.
IAC
The Interagency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc., is a partnership between non-profit agencies in the greater New York metropolitan area. Together IAC serves 90,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families.
ANCOR
The American Network of Community Options and Resources is a national, nonprofit trade association representing more than 1,000 private community providers of services to people with disabilities.
